How the exchange works

Order and register
On the product page, enter your machine model, machine serial number and existing cartridge serial number before adding to cart. ULS pre-registers the exchange to your system.

Receive and install
Your replacement arrives with a prepaid UPS return label in the box. Keep the shipping box and protective packaging, then install the replacement.

Pack and return
Pack your old cartridge in the original shipping box and protective packaging, apply the label, and hand the package to UPS within 10 days of receiving your replacement.
