Specifications
The Donaldson BOFA TCU (Temperature Control Unit) provides programmable temperature control for solder paste printing applications. With a small footprint, condensate collection, and precise plus/minus 1 degree C temperature control across a 19-30 degree C range, the TCU ensures consistent process quality in electronics manufacturing with 2000W cooling capacity and recirculating air delivery.
