Laser fume extractors

Extractors for laser cutting, engraving and marking, from compact units to high-airflow systems, plus a filtered cooling unit. From compact units to high-airflow systems, plus a filtered cooling unit.

How to choose

  1. Start with the machine and materials. What you cut or engrave decides the filters. Lasering PVC calls for the AD PVC iQ.
  2. Size airflow at pressure. Datasheets rate airflow under different test conditions, and your hose run and filters lower the airflow you get, so compare pressure (mbar) too. Donaldson recommends the lowest flow that captures the fume.
  3. Count the capture points. Match the inlet to your laser's exhaust port and hose.
  4. Check your site power. Most units run on 115 V; some need 230 V single-phase or 3-phase.
